The following terms of sale apply to all of our auctions:

Notice to all buyers:

1. IF This is a NO RESERVE auction. If you are the high bidder at auction end, you own this vehicle. By bidding on this vehicle you are entering into a legally binding contract. Please make sure that you agree with and are able to follow through with all of our terms and conditions. If you bid on this vehicle, that means you are agreeing to all of our terms and conditions.

2. We do our best to accurately describe each vehicle; however, I am sure I have inadvertently made an error or left some information out when describing this vehicle. Please ask any and all questions prior to bidding. If there is something not mentioned in this ad or something you would like to know, please ask. Relying on pictures alone is not a good idea when purchasing a vehicle.

3. If you are planning to finance this vehicle through a lending institution, you must secure the loan prior to bidding. You should secure finances and be able to follow through with payment before you bid. Please call us to pre-qualify for financing!

4. We welcome potential buyers to inspect the vehicle prior to purchase. If you choose to inspect a vehicle yourself or have it done by a licensed professional you will do so at your own expense. Inspections must be conducted before auction ends.

5. You must be at least 18 years of age to participate in this auction, or test drive or purchase a vehicle!

6. As with any used vehicle, a few light surface scratches and a tiny ding or two should be expected. We do not guarantee any audio or video equipment that may be in this vehicle. That includes stereos, CD players, speakers, TVs, VCRs, or DVD players. Please call if you have specific questions about operation or items included!

7. We do not guarantee that the exterior of your vehicle will be clean upon delivery if it is shipped on an open truck.

8. We do NOT guarantee that the vehicle comes with an owner's manual, extra key, keyless remote, floormats or cigarette lighter unless shown in pictures. Please call to verify items included!

PAYMENT INFORMATION:

* If you are the high bidder at the end of this auction, you must contact us within 24 hours to set up payment arrangements. A $500 non-refundable deposit is required within 24 hours of auction end. You can pay your deposit by PayPal, Visa, Mastercard, American Express, wire transfer, third party financing. If the deposit is not received within the required timeframe and alternative arrangements have not been made, the vehicle can be made available for sale to the next buyer. The remaining balance is due within 4 days of auction end. We do not accept PayPal or credit cards for the full payment. Cashier's check, loan check, bank wire, money order or cash in person only. If financial transactions are not completed in the time period stated above, you will risk losing your deposit. If you choose the Buy It Now Option, the auction will be ended early and the sale will be completed through Ebay.

Illinois residents are required to pay state sales tax , title transfer fees, registration fees, and license plate fees. Dealers are required by law to collect these fees and process all of this paperwork at the DMV for the buyer. All of these fees are regulated by the state. Title transfer, registration fees and license plate fees vary by county of residence. Non-Illinois residents are to pay their state's sales tax to their state except in the case of a few sales tax reciprocal states. The list and rates are as follows:ARIZONA BUYERS WILL PAY 5.6%, CALIFORNIA BUYERS 6.25%, FLORIDA BUYERS 6%, HAWAII 4%, INDIANA 6%, MASSACHUSETTS 5%, MICHIGAN 6%, SOUTH CAROLINA 5% UP TO $300. ALL THESE AMOUNTS ARE COLLECTED FOR YOUR STATE AND CREDITED TOWARDS YOUR LOCAL TAXES DUE. ALL OTHER STATES ARE PAID AT YOUR HOME STATE.

YOU ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR SHIPPING .If you come to pick up THE CAR we will meet you at the Chicago O'Hare or Midway airport or nearby train or bus station. This service is free of charge. Please give us an advance notice. You will receive a title the same day if you have paid in advance and your funds have cleared our bank, or if you are paying in cash. Money orders, bank drafts, etc. take usually few business days to clear.
